OEM Information
The PBXpress OEM program is designed to make it easy for OEMs to
build, customize and resell PBXpress hardware. The program structure
will result in a win-win relationship between PBXpress and distributors.
Deep customization provides you with a product that is fully branded
for your company. It includes look, feel, documentation and software.
If our deep customization is not enough for you we can provide
source code for the software that drives the unit.
OEM Discounts
We offer a flexible discount structure where an OEM pays us a fixed
licensing fee for each unit. After that it is up to the OEM to set the
price and terms of sale for each unit sold. Please
contact our sales team for exact figures.
Our Service Provider Deal
If you are a service provider you might be interested in getting
units preconfigured for your needs. We can put a provider lock on each
unit to ensure that your PBX customers stay with you.
Terms and Conditions
We require a sign up fee payable in advance, for new
OEM contracts. If you are interested in a no-fee signup deal then check
out our distribution program.
We provide:
- Free branding and customization. (Up to a maximum of 20
hours labor.)
- One free license for each model for your evaluation. (A
total of 5 licenses.)
- Printed OEM documentation for assembly, customization and
development.
- User manuals in source form for easy branding and
customization.
- Source code for the PBXpress software.
- All necessary training and consultation is included in our
branding and customization program.
When a contract is signed and the sign-up fee paid,you may order
PBXpress licenses.
For each license sold you will get a CD with software plus a
pre-programmed LCD screen with your logo on it. You can then install
the LCD screen and software into the units that you assemble.
To summarize, each OEM contract is subject to the following terms:
- A sign-up fee, payable in advance.
- Fixed cost per license.
- We supply the LCD screen and software to be installed on each
unit.
- We provide training, consultation and 20 hours labor, free of
charge, with every OEM contract.
- We provide all necessary documentation and manuals.
- Software source code is provided.
