PBXpress Communications, Inc. will not handle end-user hardware and
usage related support issues directly. The easiest way to obtain 24x7
technical support is by subscribing to PortaCare service
provided by PortaOne.

If you are calling for technical support please make sure you have
your ticket ID ready for the problem you are calling about. If you are
calling about this issue for the first time, and you do not yet have a
ticket ID, then please open a new support
case first. You can do this by submitting all relevant information to

return your ticket ID and confirm that we have received your support
request.
